Re:Zero is almost entirely linear — the only question is where the two OVAs fit. Here is the clean order from Season 1 to Season 3.

Watch in release order. The two OVAs are self-contained side stories best enjoyed after Season 1. A 2020 “Director’s Cut” re-airs Season 1 as a recap before Season 2 — optional, only useful if you need a refresher.

No — Memory Snow and The Frozen Bond are side stories, not required for the main plot, but The Frozen Bond adds nice context to Emilia. Watch them after Season 1.
