Gingetsu

Gingetsu is a member of Special Forces and former commander of Kazuhiko. He takes care of Lan, a boy with psychic powers from the "Clover" project. He takes direct orders from General Shu. [spoiler]Since Gingetsu has the psychic powers of a two-leaf clover, his power combined with Lan would have been a threat to the parliamentary council. They were allowed to stay together under the condition that Gingetsu would have a bomb implanted in his head that is remotely controlled by the council.[/spoiler]
