She's the fair and beautiful student council president whose reigned at the top of popularity rankings for three semesters in a row. She has a gentle air and a meek demeanor, but she's always smiling to hide her true feelings. [spoiler]It is heavily implied that she had something to do with Kanade's "absolute choice" curse. Seira is also shown to be connected somehowly to God himself, being able to call him.[/spoiler]
