Rene Palletia Lumielle

She is a Spirit Contractor. Despite her mischievous nature, she is shown to be rather honest when it comes to answering questions. She was rather blunt when she warned that becoming a spirit will most likely result in the person who completed the spirit covenant to lose all sight of what it meant to be human as she did. [spoiler]Lumielle was born over 1,000 years ago to the first king of the Kingdom of Palettia, who entered into a spirit covenant to help his people as they struggled to cultivate the still-developing land. Wishing to aid her father, she entered into one as well to support him and the country. However, over time, the people grew greedy and requested her father use his power to conquer other lands, which he could not refuse due to the terms of his covenant. In the end, unable to bare seeing her father being used as a weapon, Lumielle killed him for the greater good of the nation. Following her father's death, Lumielle became the new queen of the Kingdom of Palettia. However, she was really just a figurehead and left the actual governing to her husband, a Traveler from another world who laid the foundations of what Palettia is today. At some point, Lumielle decided to abdicate her throne and abandon her family to go into isolation, believing it was for the best on account of her immortality.
