Dokurou Skull

Dokurou Skull is hell's branch chief of "counter measures." She assigned Elsie to capture spirits in the human world and sent Keima Katsuragi the contract letter. [spoiler]She is suspected of being a member of Vintage.[/spoiler] [spoiler]It is later revealed in episode 10 that Dokurou is not part of Vintage, and saves Haqua from the vast Vintage network inside of New Hell.[/spoiler]
