Kisaragi is the owner and leader of Daiwa Heavy Industries. He's trying to look cool, but in fact he's quite cowardly. Kisaragi is an old acquaintance of Maria's. [spoiler]He actually managed to remain a human, having turned the whole population of Japan into laboratory rats.[/spoiler]
