Affiliation: Police Department Shingo's partner at the police department. A green detective who enjoys playing around and is the butt of many jokes. Shingo affectionately calls him "Pochi." [spoiler]At an unknown point during the series, the mysterious, higher dimensional being known as Set possesses Hideo and to guide and observe Matoi as her powers develop.[/spoiler]
