A powerful sniper mask who met Yuri and seems to know Rika. [spoiler]His mask is cracked, and thanks to that, he's not totally manipulated.[/spoiler] [spoiler]It turns out he was once the childhood friend of Rika, but has since forgotten, as the mask has suppressed his memories of his past self.[/spoiler] [spoiler]His name is Yuka Makoto, and it turns out he is not just a childhood friend of Rika's but also his Brother. They were separated after the passing of their father, being split up among 2 different families.[/spoiler]
